Quantum Accord Business Group ("Quantum Accord", "we", "us") operates the Quantum Accord website builder. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

We collect the minimum needed to run the product.

Account data. When you sign up, we (via our authentication provider, Supabase) store your email address and a securely hashed password, or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the basic profile information those providers share (name, email).

Technical data when you sign up. When an account is created we record the IP address the request came from, the approximate location our hosting provider resolves from it (city and country — no third-party lookup service is involved), your browser and device type, and the page that sent you to sign-up. We use this to spot fraudulent and automated sign-ups, and our own team is notified by email when an account is created so we can welcome real customers and act on abuse. We do not record this for ordinary browsing, and we do not sell or share it.

Project data. Prompts you submit and the websites Quantum Accord generates from them are stored in your account so you can revisit and edit them later. This data is private to your account and is never used to train models or shared with other users.

Third-party processors. Generating a site sends your prompt to our third-party AI model providers for processing. Payments are handled by Stripe and/or Razorpay directly — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves. Transactional email (welcome messages, receipts) is sent via Resend.

Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and associated projects, or correct inaccurate information at any time by emailing support@quantumaccordbg.com. If you're in the EU/UK or a jurisdiction with a similar data protection law, these are your rights under that law as well as ours to honor by default.

Data retention. We keep account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your projects and personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records (e.g. payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers (Supabase/Postgres, Vercel). Access to production data is limited to what's needed to operate the service. See our Security page for more detail.

Changes. If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
