Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Quantum Accord, operated by Quantum Accord Business Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service.Quantum Accord generates website and application drafts from natural-language prompts using Claude. Generated output is a starting point — review it before using it in production, and you're responsible for the content you prompt for and publish.

Your account.You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@quantumaccord.co.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use.Don't use Quantum Accord to generate or publish content that's illegal, infringing, deceptive, or intended to harm others, and don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Plans & billing. Free plan usage is limited as described on the Pricingpage. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe or Razorpay, and continue until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Ownership. You own the prompts you write and the projects you generate. We claim no ownership over your generated output. We retain ownership of the Quantum Accord platform itself — the builder, templates, and underlying code.

Third-party services.Generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude API; payments by Stripe/Razorpay; infrastructure by Supabase and Vercel. Your use of Quantum Accord is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

Service availability.We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or generated content that doesn't meet your expectations, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes.We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above, and for material changes, notify you by email.
